1. What kind of products do you sell?

We create colourful, fantasy-inspired apparel and accessories for TTRPG fans.
Our main products include:

  • Unisex, Ladies, and Kids tees (organic cotton, DTG printed)
  • Baby bodysuits (organic cotton, DTG printed)
  • Embroidered hats (organic cotton option and acrylic options)
  • Eco-friendly embroidered jackets and vests made from recycled materials
  • Sublimation-printed mugs & ornaments

2. What sizes do you offer?

We aim to be as inclusive as possible.

  • Unisex tees: Core colours XXS–5XL, other colours XXS–3XL
  • Ladies tees: XS–2XL
  • Kids tees and baby bodysuits: standard sizing based on age/height

Each product page includes detailed size charts for easy reference.

3. What is the fit of your tees?

Both Unisex and Ladies Twist tees are a medium fit with a soft, comfortable feel.
Fabric weight for both styles is medium 180gsm.

4. What printing or decoration methods do you use?

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for all apparel and baby items
  • Embroidery for hats, jackets, and vests
  • Sublimation printing for mugs and ornaments

5. What materials do you use?

  • Tees & baby bodysuits: Organic cotton
  • Embroidered jackets & vests: Recycled nylon and polyester
  • Hats: Organic cotton or acrylic (depending on model)
  • Mugs & ornaments: Ceramic

6. Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes!

  • Paper mailers - recyclable and compostable
  • Boxes for larger orders, mugs, and ornaments (plastic-free protective packaging)
    We avoid plastic wherever possible.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days.
Once dispatched, UK orders ship via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, which typically takes 1–3 days to arrive.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

8. Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within the UK.
However, if you're located elsewhere and interested in a product, drop us a message — we might be able to help!

9. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email support@chromatika.uk with your order number and photos.
We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

10. Do you accept returns?

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check sizing and details before ordering. Thank you for understanding that made-to-order items cannot be resold and for helping us keep our shop sustainable.

11. Do you offer discounts?

Yes - get 10% off your first order by signing up to our mailing list on the homepage.

12. Can I suggest a design or request a product?

Absolutely!
We love feedback and we're always testing new products.
